The merchant can activate RedBox service on "Zid" platform by following the steps shown in the link below: https://help.zid.sa/en/redbox
Or follow the steps below to install the service through the main page in Zid:
Zid Settings → Shipping and delivery Option → Shipping Options → RedBox → Activate
- Complete Activation Steps, then you will be directed automatically to your activated account in RedBox.
- You will receive an email that contains a link to change the password for your account in RedBox.
Note: Monthly bills will be issued in your account, and you can pay them online via your RedBox account.
In the case of Redbox pickup points expansion around KSA cities, the merchant can add cities manually by following the steps shown below, as it will not be added automatically:
Zid Settings → Shipping and Delivery Option → Customized Shipping Options → RedBox Dev → Cities Covered by Shipping
