Pickup time is from 12:00 PM until 4:00 PM everyday except Friday. Any request that comes after 4:00 PM, will be moved to the next business day pickups.
Note: Requests couriers to pick up shipments from merchants with less than 5 daily shipments will not be accepted. Instead, you can use self-drop off service to deposit shipments at the nearest locker.
Salla Platform: When order status changed to "تم التنفيذ", pickup request will be sent automatically.
Zid Platform: When order status changed to "جاهز", pickup request will be sent automatically.
Other Platforms: You can send a pickup request from your RedBox dashboard by following the steps in the attached video:
