The customer can extend the storage days of the deposited shipment if he is late in receiving it within 48 hours, from the tracking link or the Red Box application.

The extension for the first two hours is free of charge, i.e. the extension will be calculated after 50 hours have passed.

- The customer must pay the extension fee online, in order for the extension to be activated immediately, by pressing the “Extend” button on the tracking page.
