This service allows you to drop off shipments in the nearest RedBox Locker so the RedBox courier can pick it from there.
Depositing shipments can be done at any time suites the merchant, and it will be collected by the driver within less than 24 hours.
Instructions to deposit the shipment:
- Get your self-deposit card through the message you will receive after activating the service.
- From the Locker Screen, click on “Courier or Merchant Login” and Follow instructions in screen
Notes:
- Self Drop-off service allows you to drop off shipments in the nearest RedBox Locker so the RedBox driver can pick it from there.
- Code doesn't change every time merchants use it
- Auto pick up request will be generated for RedBox courier
- Put all shipments in one Compartment
