Please find below the shipment handling process based on the number of shipments:
Case 1: More than 5 Shipments
You can submit a pickup request by navigating to Pickup Requests in your RedBox Portal. Click on "Create Request",and submit the request.
If you are using Salla, a pickup request will be triggered automatically once the order status changes to "تم التنفيذ".
If you are using Zid, the pickup request is triggered automatically when the status changes to "جاهز".
Pickup time is between 12:00 PM and 4:00 PM, excluding Fridays.
Requests submitted after 4:00 PM will be scheduled for the next business day.
Case 2: Less than 5 Shipments
Please use the Self Drop-Off service for faster handling.
Pickup times vary depending on the city:
Major Cities: within 48 hours.
Other Cities: within 72 hours.
