The merchant can hide the content of the shipment from appearing if he wants (especially if the shipment is a gift or the customer does not want it to appear), by following below steps and as shown in the attached video:
1- Merchant platform page → Store Settings → Edit Organization detail → Hide items
2- Then select to hide one or more of the following options:
• Tracking page
• Pick point page
• Customer app (Redbox app)
• Shipping label
