The customer can postpone the deposit of his shipment, before its status changes to “Deposited”, by:

By following these steps:
1- Go to shipment details at the bottom of the activities, then click on “Click here”.
2- Choose the number of days for postponing shipment deposit.
3- A text message containing a verification code will be sent to the customer's mobile.
4- After verification, the deposit of the shipment will be postponed.

Notes:
- This service is free.
- The maximum postpone period is 20 days.
- Each shipment is postponed only once.
- The customer will receive a text message, when the postpone period is about to end, and when it is ended, the shipment will be deposited.
