To cancel the shipment, please follow the steps in the video below:
- If the shipment is handed over to us and then cancelled, the shipment will be returned to the merchant.
- The shipping cost will not be charged if the shipment is not deposited in the pickup point chosen by customer, and the return to merchant will be free of charge.
