To track a shipment, below are the steps:


For Merchants (via RedBox Portal):

  • Log in to your RedBox portal.
  • Click on Shipments.
  • Search for the specific shipment.
  • Go to the dedicated shipment page.
  • Check the Status listed under "Shipment details."


For Customers:

  • Customers can easily track their shipment's status using the tracking link provided or by downloading the My RedBox app.
