To track a shipment, below are the steps:
For Merchants (via RedBox Portal):
- Log in to your RedBox portal.
- Click on Shipments.
- Search for the specific shipment.
- Go to the dedicated shipment page.
- Check the Status listed under "Shipment details."
For Customers:
- Customers can easily track their shipment's status using the tracking link provided or by downloading the My RedBox app.
