The shipment will be returned if the customer does not collect the shipment within 48 hours or does not extend the pickup shipment time, it will be automatically returned to the merchant via RedBox lockers, and the merchant will be notified via email and SMS.



And if the merchant does not collect the return shipment from RedBox locker within two days, it will be transferred to RedBox warehouse, and the operations team will contact the merchant to arrange the return and RedBox will hold the shipment for 90 days from the attempted shipment delivery date. After this period, the shipment will be moved to Liquidation.
